How the repair process works

1. Purchase the repair that you want.

2. Immediately after checkout you will receive an email with specific shipping instructions.

3. Send me your device any way you want.  Requiring signatures with USPS is no problem, but signatures with UPS and especially FedEx may cause a delay for me to receive the device.  The shipping you were charged at checkout is for me to return your device.

4. I repair the device according to the products purchased.

5. I ship it back.  Tracking info is automatically sent to your email address.

Notes: Please put a note in the box telling me your name and what you need repaired or include the printed receipt, this will get me working on your GPS and not researching your info.

SHIP ONLY THE GPS anything else may not get returned! Thanks
